Dr.Francisco D. Freijedo (Huawei Technologies,Nuremberg, Germany)


报告人简介:

Francisco D. Freijedo (M’07–SM’16) received the M.Sc. degree in physics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vigo, Vigo, in 2009. From 2005 to 2011, he was a Lecturer with the Department of Electronics Technology, University of Vigo. From 2011 to 2014, he was with Gamesa Innovation and Technology, Spain, as a Power Electronics Control Engineer for renewable energy applications. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University, Denmark. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Scientific Collaborator with the Power Electronics Laboratory, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland. He is currently a Power Electronics Control Expert and Team Leader with Huawei Technologies Research Center, Nuremberg, Germany. His main research interests considers multiple control and stability problems of power conversion technologies. Dr. Freijedo is an Associate Editor of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS and IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON POWER ELECTRONICS.


报告摘要:

This lecture addresses main aspects of Power Electronics Control with some emphasis in the Industrial Applications. The lecture is presented with a Project-Based Approach, in which the implementation of a generic PV inverter is explained. The main sections explained on the lecture are, from inner to outer loops: PWM switching; current control; the Three-phase Three-wire particularities; grid synchronization and DC-link control.
